• If you chose a device on Device instalment plan along with data plan , contract term with maximum period will apply
• Termination of the contract within the contract period will attract early termination fee equivalent to two months data monthly charges. Early termination fee will be charged
based on standard price.

• If you have a Device Instalment plan, then instalments for the remaining months in the contract will apply as an early termination fee additionally

• Download any one of the applicable apps from the iOS App Store or Android Play Store.
• The du Internet Calling Pack for Mobile (Service) and registered apps will only work with an active mobile data internet connection
• Mobile data usage for the Service will be charged from any current and valid data bundle (for postpaid and prepaid customers) or Pay As You Go rate (for prepaid customers only).
• The Service will not work on du Home WIFI unless you subscribe for a du Internet Calling Pack for Home
• All charges are charged upfront on monthly basis and are not prorated. Customer is charged only once in their bill cycle even if they subscribe multiple times
• For postpaid Multi SIM customers: If the du Internet Calling Pack is active on one line all the secondary SIMs will have access to the App and the customer pays ONLY for one line
• You accept that the Service is provided by a third party and that du has no responsibility in respect to technical or operational failure relating to the Service, including, for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure relating to the Service.
• du makes no warranty that any part of the Service will be uninterrupted and error-free
• For postpaid and prepaid customers, the Service is automatically renewed every month until you opt out. Additionally, for prepaid customers, insufficient balance for renewal will result in Service deactivation
• Use of the Service is subject to the terms of service for each application; please see https://thebot.im or www.cmeapp.mobi as applicable for specific terms of imposed by the third party.
